“Just a quick note to thank you for replacing our driveway. As you know we had our original driveway completed by yourselves in September 2008, which we were very pleased with. After about 18 months problems arose with the seal, every attempt was made by you to rectify the problems but unfortunately this was not successful and the surface had become extremely slippy and was dangerous. We expressed our concerns regarding this and you arranged to have our driveway replaced at no cost to ourselves. We wanted to acknowledge this so you could show potential customers that even though the job is completed should problems arise you attempt to rectify them. We feel this is a major decision when choosing a company that has an “excellent after sales service”.
